Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.

You will open/close the store, assist clients, safeguard assets, and collaborate with the team to maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and service standards. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required; the role is in-store, hourly, and non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fashion or retail
• Excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and management
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft & Apple technology
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Able to stand and move around the store during shift hours

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and sales
• Provide exceptional client experience and support sales team
• Open and close the retail store
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards
• Safeguard store assets and manage cash per procedures
