Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to support daily retail operations, drive sales, and safeguard store assets. The role emphasizes exceptional client experiences and teamwork to uphold the Lilly Pulitzer brand.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining store visuals. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays in a store location.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, sales, client experience, and asset protection.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the sales team.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and maintain client service standards.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and assist with opening/closing of the store.
• Collaborate with management to identify selling opportunities and store improvements.
• Maintain visual and operational standards as directed by Visual/Retail Ops.
