Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations in our Wilmington, NC location. You will drive sales by delivering outstanding client experiences, assist with opening/closing, and safeguard store assets while maintaining Lilly Pulitzer visuals.

Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves standing on the sales floor and lifting up to 20 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and sales.
