Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring a Keyholder to support daily store operations, sales, and client experience at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. The role involves opening/closing the store, safeguarding assets, and upholding brand standards.

The position emphasizes leadership, multitasking, and exceptional client service in a fashion retail environment. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required for seasonality.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand and move around the store during shifts.
