Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, sales, client experience, and safeguarding assets. The in-store role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and upholding Lilly Pulitzer's brand standards.

The position is part-time, hourly, non-exempt and based at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location, with seasonal hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and drive sales by delivering exceptional client experience.
• Support sales team by focusing on clients and achieving sales goals.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards and safeguard store assets.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Act as a team member with decision-making and multitasking abilities.
