Job summary

Family Dollar in Burkesville, KY is seeking a Third Keyholder to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, handle transactions, and help manage daily tasks alongside the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising staff in absence of store leadership, maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Part-time position with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read and interpret operational directives and training materials.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on operating procedures.
• Greet customers and assist with requests and inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
• Support deliveries and replenishment and keep store clean.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager.
