Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Third Keyholder in Liberty Township, OH. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and efficiently process sales while supporting daily store operations.

You will help manage inventory, participate in deliveries and replenishment, and assist the Store Manager with opening/closing duties and cash handling. Prior retail supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and opening/closing duties.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Support asset protection and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Oversee store conditions in absence of management and provide operational assistance to cashiers.
