Job summary

Family Dollar in Ft. Thomas is seeking a Third Keyholder to support the Store Manager by greeting customers, guiding staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate cash handling, proper stock replenishment, and a clean, inviting store environment. You will assist in opening and closing duties, oversee cashiers, help with inventory and deliveries, and train teammates on company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Complete sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support store operations, including inventory and deliveries.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and positive image.
• Assist in asset protection and cash handling.
• Perform training and follow company policies.
