Job summary

Family Dollar in Campton, KY is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection and location, and process sales efficiently using the POS system.

The role supports store operations, helps open/close in the Store Manager's absence, maintains inventory, stocks shelves, and participates in asset protection. Prior retail experience preferred; education high school or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Accurately handle cash and process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and supervise team when needed.
• Unload deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
