Job summary

Family Dollar in Clifton, Arizona is seeking a Third Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and support store operations. You will help manage inventory, assist with deliveries, and act as the opening/closing leader in absence of store management.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, resolving inquiries, and driving sales through add-on items while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and accurately handling transactions at the POS.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Complete sales transactions and handle customer funds using POS system.
• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Open or close store in absence of Store Manager/ASMS and support cash handling.
