Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a Third Keyholder in Bulls Gap, TN. This role supports the Store Manager with daily activities, provides exceptional customer service, and helps maintain inventory and store appearance.

You will assist with opening/closing, oversee operations in the manager's absence, and participate in replenishment, pricing, and customer engagement to drive sales and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail management experience preferred in grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise.
• Handle transactions at the POS system.
• Open/close store as needed in the absence of managers.
• Maintain inventory and store cleanliness.
