Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a Third Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise and sales, and support daily store operations. The role includes opening/closing duties when needed and maintaining inventory and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, resolving customer inquiries, upselling promotions, handling funds, unloading deliveries, and supporting asset protection.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers, resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and positive image.
• Accurately handle funds and process POS transactions.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Support asset protection efforts and store operations.
• Assist in opening/closing duties in manager's absence.
• Complete Position Based Training in a timely manner.
