Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a Third Keyholder to support store operations and customer service in Sevierville, TN. The role involves assisting the Store Manager with daily activities, inventory control, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will help drive sales through suggestive selling, manage cash transactions, and supervise in the absence of leadership. Part-time position with regular weekend availability available.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 55 lbs. occasionally) and stand for long periods.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; experience in retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on Family Dollar operating practices.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, resolve concerns.
• Manage store operations in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Build basket value through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and manage cash register deposits.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise.
• Support asset protection and ensure accurate record keeping.
