• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with merchandise and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and store presentation to maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members on Family Dollar operating practices and procedures.
• Greet, assist and thank customers; resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Support store operations, including deliveries, replenishment and inventory control.
• Open/close store in absence of Store Manager or ASM and help cashiers with operational tasks.
