Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations in Lake City, TN. You will provide exceptional customer service, help customers with merchandise and transactions, and assist with inventory, deliveries, and store upkeep.

The role involves opening/closing duties when needed, protecting assets, and maintaining smooth operations under supervision. Previous retail management experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Increase average basket through suggestive selling.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and accurate inventory.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Support the Store Manager in asset protection and daily operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling when needed.
• Complete all Position Based Training timely.
