Job summary

Family Dollar in Memphis, TN is seeking a Third Keyholder to deliver excellent customer service, assist with merchandise, and ensure smooth sales operations. You will help manage daily duties, maintain inventory, and support deliveries while keeping a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role includes opening/closing responsibilities when management is absent, guiding team members on store standards, and processing transactions with the POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery or drug store management preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Build basket size through suggestive selling and add-ons.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Open and close store in absence of Store Manager or ASM.
• Maintain inventory, assist deliveries and replenishment, and keep store clean.
