Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a reliable team member to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and complete sales transactions. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, help with deliveries and replenishment, and keep the store clean and inviting.

In the absence of store leadership you may open or close the store, supervise cash handling, and ensure compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet, assist and thank customers; resolve inquiries.
• Build average basket through suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store.
• Handle customer funds and processes transactions with POS.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Support Store Manager with asset protection and coverage during absences.
• Perform opening/closing duties when needed.
• Complete all Position Based Training timely.
• Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
