Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a part-time associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise, and conduct transactions. You will help with inventory, deliveries, replenishment, and maintaining store appearance, including opening/closing duties when needed.

Preferred candidates have high school education and retail or grocery management experience; opportunities to grow within the store and community presence are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise selection and locate items, and complete sales transactions efficiently.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities, maintain inventory, support deliveries and replenishment, and keep store clean.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, oversee store conditions, and provide operational assistance.
