Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch in Bethesda, MD is seeking a part-time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.

You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand with energy and strong communication. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and operate the POS system.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays.
• Provide guidance/coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor.
• Protect store assets and assist with inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand with energy and strong communication.
