Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will open/close routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You will build displays, analyze sales data, protect assets, and represent the brand’s culture and values. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, with weekend

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership of groups/teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Stay informed on current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Schedule will vary weekly with 12-16 hours per week and required weekend/holiday availability.
