Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and to act as Floor Supervisor for Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

You will support store leadership with daily sales and operations, coaching, and ensuring outstanding customer service across the floor. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining brand displays, while driving sales and protecting assets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
