Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Clarksburg, MD is seeking a part-time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

You’ll lead with product knowledge, brand awareness, and a strong customer focus to support sales and customer experience. Availability on weekends and holidays is required, with 12–16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register and fulfill Omni Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
