Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to ensure top-tier in-store experiences. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, oversee daily store operations, and drive performance on the floor through exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, fulfilling Omni orders, product knowledge, visual displays, and data-informed decision making. The role emphasizes brand representation and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
