Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving floor performance through customer experience and daily sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for fashion, with availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak periods. Prior retail experience is preferred but leadership potential is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leadership skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
