Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving daily sales and customer experience.

The role sits in our retail leadership team, focused on improving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily targets. Ideal candidates have strong customer focus, excellent communication, and a passion for fashion trends.

• Open and close routines are performed.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
