You will handle opening/closing routines, POS use, omni-channel order fulfillment, and visual merchandising. The position requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience not required but leadership in teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines and operate POS systems.
• Provide coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations.
• Drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.
