Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to supervise in-store operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. This role supports leadership on the sales floor, drives customer experience, and contributes to daily sales performance.

You will handle opening/closing routines, POS transactions, and omni-channel orders while demonstrating product knowledge and maintaining visual displays. Prior supervisory experience is not required but helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required but leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate the POS and complete sales transactions.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and process online orders on store systems.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Create and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform store decisions.
• Protect assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and culture.
