Job summary

The Paper Store in Middletown, RI is seeking a Key Holder to deliver world-class service, achieve sales goals and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Team Leader and help drive daily store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching the team on the GUEST service approach, greeting customers, presenting product features, assisting with returns and exchanges, opening/closing procedures, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Explain product features and benefits related to customer needs with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items using effective selling techniques.
• Coordinate store opening/closing procedures and supervise the sales floor.
• Provide coaching to the sales team and uphold merchandising standards.
