Job summary

The Paper Store in Smithfield, RI is seeking a Key Holder to deliver world class service, lead the sales team, and uphold merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Team Leader and help achieve sales goals while embodying TPS values.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling returns, supervising the floor, and executing opening/closing procedures. A flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) is required; prior specialty retail leadership

Qualifications

Previous leadership in specialty retail preferred.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Able to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Act as TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach and delivering world class service.
Greet and welcome customers warmly and understand their needs.
Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
Suggest additional items to increase sales using effective selling techniques.
Assist with store opening/closing and supervise the sales floor.
Coach associates to improve sales and service and maintain standards.
Process returns and exchanges, maintain merchandising and policies.
