The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth operations.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contributing to a high performing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team toward sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close the store on a rota basis.
