Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC is seeking a Part-time associate in Carriere, MS. Provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers with merchandise, and complete sales transactions.

You will stock shelves, support deliveries, and help maintain store cleanliness and appearance. You may assist the Store Manager with daily activities, manage assets, and step in for opening/closing duties when needed, while following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Prefer management or supervisory experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and asset protection.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Participate in training and follow company policies and procedures.
