Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring for a part-time store role in Mississippi. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales while maintaining store appearance and inventory controls. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Retail/customer service experience helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist with merchandise selection, locating items, and completing sales.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-presented store.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Support store operations and opening/closing duties when needed.
