Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC in Woodville, MS is seeking a part-time retail teammate to greet customers, assist with finding merchandise, and complete sales at the register.

You will help unload deliveries, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and support the Store Manager with daily tasks. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected; benefits include EAP, retirement plans, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Experience preferred in retail management in grocery or drug store environments.
• Availability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Unload merchandise from deliveries and stock shelves.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store.
• Support asset protection and provide excellent customer service.
• Open or close the store in absence of management.
• Communicate store standards and procedures to team members.
• Handle cash deposits/receipts and maintain records.

Education
