Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC is seeking a part-time associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and efficiently complete sales transactions at our Ashland, Mississippi location. You will support store operations, inventory, and daily activities alongside the Store Manager as needed.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and operating the POS system.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret operational directives and merchandise schematics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and checkout.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Open/close responsibilities in absence of store leadership; oversee store conditions.
