Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise selection and complete sales transactions with accuracy. You will support daily store operations and contribute to inventory control and replenishment under the Store Manager's guidance.

You will also help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, assist in daily asset protection, and may assume opening/closing duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Explain store policies and assist with merchandise selection and locating products.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
