Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store.

You will demonstrate outstanding coaching and mentoring to lead the sales team toward inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service that meets sales and service targets. You will also manage essential cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, contributing to a long-term career

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Supervisory experience coaching and mentoring staff toward targets.
• Cash handling, opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Willing to work varied retail hours including weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example through coaching and mentoring the sales team.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
