Job summary

As a Key Holder, you will lead by example, assist with floorset changes and merchandising, and help drive sales while modeling our customer-first culture. Physical activity and varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to coach and give feedback to associates in real time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
• Able to work peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, and handling shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs analysis and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
