The role requires knowledge of current promotions, the ability to upsell, and adherence to opening/closing procedures. Weekend availability and 21+ for liquor sales are necessary to succeed here.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.
• Knowledge of store products, promotions, and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet store guests and offer assistance to deliver quality guest service.
• Suggestively sell to boost sales using open-ended questions.
• Be knowledgeable about products, promotions, KPI goals, and new items.
• Maintain presentation standards, displays, cleanliness, and stock rotation.
• Process all transactions accurately in the register system.
• Complete store paperwork, cycle counts, and opening/closing procedures.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets.
• Work as a team with staff to meet store goals and policies.
