Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Executes omni-channel services to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Manages the store environment and daily zones to maintain pace and positivity.
• Supports training and onboarding of new hires.
• Assists with shipment, omni fulfillment, and visual/stock standards.
• Maintains store standards and visual messaging, updating concepts as required.
• Communicates feedback to the Store Manager and contributes to team morale.
