Responsibilities

• Lead store and operational tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers for team performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals for the team and shift direction at start of day.
• Perform opening and closing routines including cash handling and shipments, and disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
