Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring a part-time Key Holder to deliver outstanding customer service and leadership in a busy Brentwood store. You will drive sales through product knowledge, promote a service culture, and assist with store operations from merchandising to POS transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and flexibility for varied shifts including nights and weekends. Join a team that values community and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS registers.
