Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, learning their needs, and acting as a product knowledge expert to drive sales across private labels and tailored clothing; the role also involves coaching the sales team to improve skills and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by spending quality time, asking questions to learn needs and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert across a broad range of apparel including private labels and tailored clothing.
• Provide on-going coaching and training to build a superior, customer-focused sales team.
