Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder dedicated to delivering an unmatched guest experience. You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and guide them to the right apparel choices.

You will serve as a product knowledge expert across private labels and brands, while coaching teammates on selling skills and operational procedures to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
