Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Key Holder for The Domain store, on-site in Austin, to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support daily operations. You will lead a team, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold visual standards while maintaining compliance and loss prevention controls.

You will collaborate with store leadership to promote a customer-centric culture, recruit and train team members, and ensure accurate inventory handling and transfers.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Report to Store Manager and promote sales culture to hit KPIs.
• Build a loyal customer base and capture customer contact details.
• Ensure product knowledge is shared with team and customers.
• Maintain payroll, scheduling, and profitability while delivering high service levels.
• Analyze customer data and monitor loss prevention to protect assets.
• Oversee inventory/shrink goals and physical inventory processes.
• Execute merchandise transfers and communicate opportunities to management.
• Maintain Visual Directives and store presentation to Psycho Bunny standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance for a safe working environment.
