Qualifications

• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching and de-escalate store and customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and team members.
• Drive in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling actions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies to guide customers.
