The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will leverage your coaching skills to lead the sales team and deliver authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

Ideal candidates have proven retail experience in cosmetics, strong cash handling skills, and are available to work varied shifts including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing tasks is desirable.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, personalized service to customers.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
