You will manage cash reconciliations, open/close the store on a rotating schedule, and coach the team to meet targets while upholding company standards and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation and rotate opening/closing shifts.
