The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations. You will use your coaching skills to lead by example and provide personalized customer service to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close duties as needed.
