Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth operation of the store.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will handle essential cash processes, including start and end of day reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store under Store Manager and Assistant Manager guidance.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coaching to the sales team.
