Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will use your sales and leadership skills to coach the team and maintain a high standard of service. You will also perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, contributing to a long-term career with a prestige

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service and meet sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Handle start and end of day cash reconciliations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
